Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to PollyReads paid subscriptions and credit purchases. Core features such as manual book upload are always free and involve no payment or refund.

1. Subscription Refunds

• Subscriptions: 3-day no-questions-asked refund.
• For subscriptions past 3 days, you may cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge; the current period’s fee is non-refundable.

2. AI Image Credits

• Used AI image-generation quota is non-refundable; only the unused portion is refunded (pro-rated).
• Credit top-ups: consumed amounts are non-refundable.
• Failed AI image generation automatically rolls back the unconsumed quota (a technical guarantee, not a refund).

Email support@pollyreads.com with your account email and order details, and we will process your request within a reasonable time.
